Check In / Check Out

Check in is from 2pm and Check out is by 10am

Due to the current covid situation we are unable to offer early check ins or late check outs. Our team require all available time between guests to ensure our villas are cleaned and sanitised to the highest possible standard.

Our villas are self check in and check out - Check in information will be emailed to you a few days prior to your stay with all the details required to access your accommodation.


Our Villas

We have 5 villas on our property with 5 accommodation options to choose from.

Studio Villa - We have three available and this option accommodates two guests and comprises one king bed

Deluxe Villa - We have three available and this option accommodates two guests and comprises one king bed

Luxury Villa - We have three available and this option accommodates four guests and comprises two king beds. (This option is the Studio and Deluxe combined)

The Bungalow - We have one available and this can be booked in two ways

  • The Bungalow Deluxe for four guests comprising two bedrooms with one king bed and 2 single beds

  • The Bungalow Vila for 6 guests comprising three bedrooms with two king beds and two single beds

Our self contained accommodation options are the Deluxe, Luxury Villa and The Bungalow. The Studio option has no kitchen but contains tea/coffee facilities, a microwave, a toaster and a mini fridge.

If staying in our Studio or Deluxe accommodation options other guests may be situated in the adjacent pavilion within your villa complex. Our villas are very private, however if complete privacy is paramount, please consider changing your booking to the Luxury Villa.

We use locally produced Enliven Organic bathroom products in all accommodation

We provide free wifi in all accommodation

Smoking is not permitted inside our villas.

We do not accept any pets

Our property has no onsite office, however our management and staff are onsite daily should you require us to attend to anything during your stay. We are also available by phone, text message and email 7 days per week between 9am-5pm.
Our management are also on call for guests after office hours should you need to contact us urgently.


Villa Servicing

As you would expect from a boutique establishment our villas come fully equipped with linen, bedding, towels and toiletries, however the villas are not normally serviced daily.

Servicing can be arranged on request or by pre-booking. Please see the room servicing/housekeeping rates below.

Studio Villa

  • Service - complimentary

  • Full service (with linen) - $40

Deluxe Villa

  • Service - $40.

  • Full service (with linen) - $55

Luxury Villa

  • Service - $55.

  • Full service (with linen) - $75

Please Note: If your stay is 4 or more nights, a complimentary mid-stay service of your villa is available if requested.


Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise where your may need to cancel your reservation with us. Should this be the case please note that as we are a small establishment, cancellation fees will be incurred.

  • If you are unable to postpone or re-schedule your booking and are able to advise us of your cancellation more than (14) fourteen days prior to your stay, then your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee.

  • If less than fourteen (14) days notice is given and we cannot re-book your villa a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit amount will be incurred.

  • If less than seven (7) days’ notice is given 100% of the deposit amount will be charged. No cancellations are accepted on the day of arrival, after check in, Guests will be charged for the total of their reserved stay unless sufficient notice is given as detailed above.


COVID-19 Related Cancellations

Should you be unable to stay due to a last-minute lockdown and travel restrictions being imposed (within 7 days of your stay) – the above cancellation policy will be waived and no penalty will be incurred. You will instead have the opportunity to postpone or re-schedule your booking or alternatively we will hold your deposit as a credit for you to redeem at a time suitable to you.

Making a booking deposit is an agreement to the terms and conditions of Yallingup Villas as detailed above


Cancellation Policy – “In-room” Services

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of an in-room service i.e. Massage, Private chef - will be charged in full.
